Itinerary

Saturday for October Seminars

Fly into San Luis Obispo,
Take Amtrak to San Luis Obispo.
We will pick you up and take you to your hotel,
You will not need a car during the week.
You can also drive to San Luis Obispo, or bring your RV.
We will meet between 3 and 5pm at Mary Carole's house, which will be our classroom.Setup is OK.
At 5:30 dinner. (On your own)

Sunday

For October Seminars we will setup and photgraph still lifes we will paint during the week.

For January Seminars
Fly into San Luis Obispo,
Take Amtrak to San Luis Obispo.
We will pick you up and take you to your hotel,
You will not need a car during the week.
You can also drive to San Luis Obispo, or bring your RV.
We will meet between 3 and 5pm at Mary Carole's house, which will be our classroom.Setup is OK.
At 5:30 dinner. (On your own)

Monday

8 am: We move into the classroom at Mary Carole's,
Setup if you did not earlier.
9 am to noon: Work on the first painting
noon to 1 PM: Lunch (provided)
1 PM to 5 PM: Continue painting
6:30 PM: dinner (On your own)

Tuesday

8 am: Classroom opens
9 am to noon: Painting
noon to 1 PM: Lunch (provided)
1 PM- 5 PM: Finish painting
6:30 PM: dinner (On your own)

Wednesday

8 am: Classroom opens
9 am to noon: Painting
noon to 1 PM: Lunch (provided)
1 PM- 5 PM: Finish painting

6:30 PM: dinner (On your own)

Thursday

8 am: Classroom opens
9 am to noon: Painting
noon to 1 PM: Lunch (provided)
1 PM- 5 PM: Finish painting
7 PM: Dinner (on your own)

Friday

8 am: Classroom opens
9 am to noon: Painting
noon to 1 PM: Lunch (provided)
1 PM- 5 PM: Finish painting
5 PM: Left Overs, Food and drinks in the classroom (included)

Saturday
Check out of your hotel, We will return you to
the San Luis Obispo airport or train station.

This fun filled five day painting seminar with Mary Carole will cost you $550.00

The Fine Print:

Walking: The Classroom is on the ground floor, Lunch is served upstairs.

Food: You are on your own for most meals. Mary Carole will provide coffee and snacks each day in the classroom. Lunches will be provided each day, in a "Room with a view".

Supplies: We will send you a supply list before the seminar. Mary Carole will have canvases and supplies available for you to purchase.

Spouses: We encourage you to bring spouses. There are plenty of activities around San Luis Obispo to keep them busy while you are painting. There are numerous golf courses of varing difficulty in the area. They can join us for the field trip and dinners.

Reservations: The class fee is $550 for the 5 day seminar. A deposit of $150. is due at the time of sign up. VISA & MasterCard accepted. The Balance is due 30 days prior to the seminar date. A refund will be made, less a $50 service charge, if a request is received more than 30 days prior to the seminar date. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the seminar, no refund will be made if your spot can not be filled from our waiting list. If we are able to fill your spot all monies will be returned less a $50 service charge. All monies will be returned if the seminar is cancelled.

Class Size: Maximum attendance is 15 students. The first 15 deposits received will be guaranteed a seat if their balance is received 30 days prior to the seminar. A waiting list will also be established to fill vacancies and seats not paid for at the 30 day deadline.
